When I started building my own business online, I recognized the exact same problems I'd spent years solving at scale. Too many manual processes. Nothing connected. No documentation. As a founder still working a 9-5, I had to start building a better foundation.
Mary Behind the Systems exists because that gap between manual and a well-running system is fixable. I also wanted to do it the right way first. AI has caused a boom of excitement and apprehension for many business owners, and I wanted to help other entrepreneurs build things the right way. People love to skip the steps you need before ever touching AI. Most businesses would see measurable improvements just from setting a firm foundation first.
I've moved 11 times in 5 years, led high-stakes projects across North America, and built a strong network across three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese. None of that happened because I have it all figured out. It happened because I learned early that without systems, growth just creates more chaos.
